Receptionist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and clerical support in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure exceptional service to clients and visitors
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Answer telephone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent telephone manner.
  • Responds to clients’, prospective clients and visitor inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain reception area by keeping it clean and organized.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported or noted.
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; report needed changes.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and stationery.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Be a team player
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
  • Manages multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Computer proficient
  • Have a good command of the English language
