Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and clerical support in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure exceptional service to clients and visitors
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Answer telephone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent telephone manner.
- Responds to clients’, prospective clients and visitor inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Maintain reception area by keeping it clean and organized.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported or noted.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; report needed changes.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and stationery.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Be a team player
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
- Manages multiple priorities and deadlines
- Computer proficient
- Have a good command of the English language
